I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion for helping people thrive. I believe joy comes from connection with others, with ourselves and with God.
My approach is warm, compassionate and accepting, yet I do more than just listen. I will be actively engaged with you, showing up authentically and offering you the best of my experience and training.
As we work together, we will collaborate on goals and how best to achieve them. Each case is unique, so I do not use a "one size fits all" approach.
